Responsibilities
Create, adapt and schedule content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, among others);
Support the production of scripts and videos for YouTube and short-form video formats;
Write texts, headlines, hooks, captions and short scripts with a focus on engagement and clarity;
Adapt content for different formats and tones (carousels, reels, stories, short videos, static posts, threads);
Support content review and approval routines, including spell-checking and standardization of hashtags, links, mentions and CTAs;
Interact with the audience on social media when necessary, and support the monitoring of metrics;
Monitor performance indicators (reach, engagement, growth, clicks and views), supporting the creation of summaries and insights;
Assist the team with general area requests.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in Advertising, Marketing or Journalism (with an interest in content marketing), preferably from the 4th semester onward;
Familiarity with social media and digital trends;
Strong written communication skills, attention to detail and good organization;
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere or similar);
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Photoshop;
Experience or familiarity with content marketing (internship, academic or personal projects).
