About the role

  • Junior Online-Marketing-Manager responsible for driving client inquiries and applications. Collaborating closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and overseeing online marketing measures.

Responsibilities

  • Build SEO/SEA landing pages with Typo3, including conversion optimization
  • Implement and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads: target audiences, creatives, tracking, budgets, ongoing testing
  • Reporting and learnings: define KPIs, make results transparent, derive next steps
  • Produce videos for YouTube and Meta Ads
  • Implement comparable online marketing measures for our partner companies within the group
  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and external service providers

Requirements

  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to execute rather than discuss at length
  • Basic understanding and experience in SEO and performance marketing
  • Ability to write good copy
  • Work in a structured way and think in priorities
  • Bonus, but not required: experience with Google Analytics, Sistrix & Typo3
