Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to ensure the company’s visibility in search engines.
  • Manage and optimize paid traffic campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and others.
  • Analyze campaign results and continuously optimize to maximize ROI and performance.
  • Conduct periodic SEO audits, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Manage and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) relevant to SEO and paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content, design and development teams to ensure SEO and paid traffic strategies are aligned with content and landing pages.
  • Monitor market trends and best practices in SEO and paid traffic marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing management, with strong knowledge of SEO and paid traffic.
  • Deep familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.) and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Skilled in planning and executing paid media strategies with a focus on measurable results.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work with metrics and optimize campaigns based on collected data.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present results and strategies.
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields (preferred).
  • Analytical mindset, creativity and leadership.
