About the role

  • Build and lead the Marketing function, defining strategy, processes and priorities for sustainable brand growth.
  • Position the company as a reference in digital prescription and healthcare innovation, strengthening institutional authority and connections with the medical, pharmaceutical and technology ecosystems.
  • Design and evolve the demand generation engine, orchestrating the full funnel — awareness, acquisition, activation and retention — with a focus on predictability and efficiency.
  • Connect branding, performance and data, ensuring coherence between campaigns, content and business metrics.
  • Define, monitor and optimize key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, lead pipeline, NPS), using data as the basis for strategic decisions.
  • Lead CRM and automation strategies, improving the relationship journey with healthcare professionals, patients and partners.
  • Manage media and digital performance channels, ensuring relevance and consistency across all communication fronts.
  • Develop event and brand activation strategies, increasing presence and institutional authority at industry conferences, trade shows and forums.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Sales and Customer Success, ensuring alignment on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build and inspire the Marketing team, cultivating a culture of autonomy, continuous learning and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising or a related field.
  • Strong experience in strategic marketing and growth, preferably in technology, healthcare or digital businesses.
  • Experience with B2C, B2B and B2B2C models.
  • Ability to combine analytical thinking with brand sensitivity.
  • Full-funnel mindset and strong command of performance and growth metrics.
  • Ability to move between strategic and operational work, with a collaborative mindset and results orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels of the organization.
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and building brands that have a real impact on the care journey.
