Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic and others;
Focus on lead acquisition, analyzing cost per lead, cost to acquire members, lead quality and impact on the funnel;
Develop and execute media strategies covering all funnel stages, ensuring consistency between messaging, audience, budget allocation and objectives;
Monitor performance indicators and metrics daily, proposing continuous data-driven optimizations;
Design A/B tests and experiments for creatives, targeting, CTAs and formats;
Collaborate with Copy, Design and Automation teams to ensure alignment between narrative, creative assets and campaign objectives;
Prepare analytical reports with clear insights, recommendations and opportunities for improvement;
Support budget planning, fund allocation and investment forecasting;
Monitor trends, benchmarks and market best practices to continuously evolve the strategy.
Requirements
Solid experience managing paid media campaigns, especially focused on performance and lead generation;
Proficiency in SQL for reporting and analysis;
Strong command of major ad platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Programmatic / DSPs;
Deep knowledge of metrics such as CPL, CAC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPC, relevance and traffic quality;
Analytical ability to analyze data, read dashboards and interpret results;
Experience with full-funnel strategies and optimization driven by business objectives;
Basic knowledge of CRM, landing pages, UTMs, tracking and the acquisition journey;
Experience running campaigns for financial products or services with longer decision cycles;
Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, marketing automation and CRO;
Experience with growth routines, attribution modeling and hypothesis testing;
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or similar (advantageous);
Analytical mindset with a results orientation;
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate performance into clear insights;
Proactivity, organization and ability to prioritize;
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (CRM, Content, Design, Product).
