Responsibilities

  • Manage global commercialization initiatives for Sarclisa in Multiple Myeloma
  • Develop strategies and execute key market submissions and labels
  • Lead development and execution of biomarker and patient identification strategy
  • Lead execution of Global Launch strategy and Annual Brand planning
  • Develop KOL commercial engagement strategy and execution
  • Co-develop commercial foundations with key markets
  • Execute global Life Cycle Management plan
  • Coordinate aspects of key conferences
  • Support functional groups in key launch activities
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking
  • Collaborate with Value & Access team on customer facing programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Recent commercial launch experience
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience
  • Strong HCP and/or patient marketing background
  • Well versed in core marketing principles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and teams in complex matrix environments
  • Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional and cross-geographical team environment
  • Effective communication and high-impact presentation skills
  • Strong track record of project and process management skills
