About the role

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives for the Transportation Division supporting financial products for trucking companies
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing products and programs
  • Create and manage transportation-focused marketing collateral (brochures, one-pagers, email campaigns, web content, case studies)
  • Use data and analytics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness and identify trends
  • Develop communication strategies to position division members as industry experts (presentations, blog posts, social media content)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative teams, SMEs, and product leaders to drive business and revenue
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and voice across all marketing channels
  • Stay informed on transportation industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to guide strategy
  • Continuously evolve marketing strategies to ensure growth and competitiveness in transportation financing space

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing; B2B experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and GTM strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders, including SMEs and product leaders
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms like Salesforce (SF) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Previous experience in financial services (bonus)
  • Proactive, go-above-and-beyond attitude (bonus)
  • Sense of humor (listed jokingly as bonus)
