About the role

  • Develop, negotiate and execute annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with the channel's main accounts.
  • Monitor execution performance and implement actions aimed at increasing market share by optimizing productivity, expanding the product mix and improving distribution.
  • Rigorously track and proactively manage critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and implement measurable, high‑impact action plans, adapting commercial strategies to the specific needs of each strategic client.
  • Translate large volumes of market data into actionable insights.
  • Lead and coordinate internal agendas, facilitating discussion and alignment of plans.
  • Build and maintain long‑term, high‑trust relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Manage the flow of budgets and investments, ensuring full compliance and governance of the process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the pharma channel (required).
  • Deep knowledge of commercial KPI management and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and experience preparing complex JBPs.
  • Strong analytical ability to turn data into strategic plans.
  • Availability to travel.
