About the role

  • Marketing Manager at Nio leading B2C customer acquisition efforts. Focused on strategic planning and optimizing market opportunities through data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the B2C acquisition team.
  • Build new levers to increase the acquisition of new customers, maximizing the profitability of acquisition cohorts.
  • Diagnose market opportunities for differentiated acquisition strategies.
  • Develop strategic acquisition plans for priority areas.
  • Test and scale new market-entry approaches in complex markets.
  • Monitor acquisition KPIs and optimize investment allocation.
  • Coordinate initiatives across multi-skilled teams including Sales, Channels, Communications and Product.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in acquisition marketing, preferably in telecom.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with geo-targeted campaigns.
  • Leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
