About the role

  • Screen and qualify inbound inquiries from events, product trials, web forms, digital campaigns, and third-party sources
  • Engage prospects to understand their business challenges and align Baxter’s solutions to their needs
  • Work with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and exceed performance goals
  • Participate in Baxter’s training programs to enhance your skills in digital selling, CRM tools, and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of related experience required
  • High School diploma required
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is required
  • Familiarity with virtual/digital sales techniques preferred
  • Prior experience in customer success, sales prospecting, or medical product/services sales development is beneficial
