About the role

  • Marketing Lead responsible for B2B marketing strategy and execution at Cosuno, a tech startup in the construction sector.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the B2B marketing strategy and its operational execution.
  • Develop growth strategies to generate qualified leads.
  • Plan and manage automated campaigns.
  • Own the company’s presence at relevant B2B trade shows and events.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to support their success.
  • Hands-on execution of marketing tasks such as email copywriting and automation workflows.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
  • Planning and running B2B trade shows and events.
  • Native-level German and business-fluent English.
