Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies
Prepare briefs for the creation of promotional materials and campaigns with agency or in-house teams
Manage social media, including content creation
Plan and coordinate events, such as medical dinners
Monitor marketing campaign performance, analyze metrics, and identify areas for improvement
Oversee billing and manage the marketing budget
Support the business team in revenue-leveraging strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication skills
Proficient written and verbal communication to create materials, present results, and collaborate with the team
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proactive and dynamic attitude
Ability to take initiative, propose solutions, and adapt to different situations
Intermediate level in Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with data analysis tools, social media platforms, email marketing, and other relevant tools is desirable
