Senior Marketing Officer managing donor retention campaigns at Handicap International. Responsible for campaign design, deployment, analysis, and ensuring ethical standards in marketing.
Responsibilities
As part of a five-person marketing team with turnover of €35.2K, you are responsible for designing, deploying, monitoring performance and analyzing the results of approximately 50 campaigns per year. You are accountable for the timely delivery of marketing campaigns that comply with briefs, budgets and Handicap International's ethical standards.
You design campaigns: you contribute to briefing, targeting and strategy.
When several strategic options are possible, you prepare the necessary analysis and documentation to enable decision-making.
You deploy campaigns: you proactively propose solicitation cycles and schedules and ensure their proper execution by coordinating the various internal and external contributors at each stage.
You create messaging working with the appropriate experts: direct marketing agency, digital team, communications team, telemarketing provider, etc.
You handle targeting requests and ensure data quality control before delivering files to external service providers.
You are responsible for proofreading and information checks (content aligned with our ethical charter, personalization notes, final sign-off/BAT).
You analyze campaigns: you use available reports to track campaign key performance indicators (Power BI, Excel, etc.).
You update a monthly activity management tool/dashboard with actual performance and provide your estimates for the forecast.
You analyze campaign results and A/B tests to produce recommendations.
You revisit targeting based on results.
You manage administrative follow-up for budgets and agency contracts: invoice verification against quotes, preparation of financial summaries per campaign, and participation in calls for tender.
