About the role

  • Join the China Sales team (Business Lead, BDR, Technical Project Manager) to accelerate growth in China
  • Draft high-quality articles, videos, posters, and other content for Chinese B2B channels (WeChat, Zhihu, Sohu, Douyin, RED, forums)
  • Create sales materials to support the sales team (sales decks, one-pagers, posters)
  • Organize online and offline events, seek external partners, and manage event logistics, travel and materials
  • Collaborate with sales to track lead progression and optimize conversion
  • Qualify leads from WeChat in Salesforce and ensure seamless handover to sales for discovery meetings

Requirements

  • Graduate from business school
  • Native Chinese speaker with excellent English, French is a plus.
  • Solid marketing experience on the Chinese market, preferably in B2B or e-commerce.
  • Proven content marketing skills, including content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Quick learner with a strong work ethic and self-motivation, capable of acting as the CEO of your own tasks.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills, with strong communication and adaptability.
