Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that promote our fiber internet service.
Contribute to updating website content, email marketing, and digital ad campaigns.
Understand our eCommerce user experience, troubleshoot, and provide support to ensure a seamless order process.
Develop compelling marketing materials — including flyers, ads, emails, and presentations — aligned with brand guidelines.
Contribute to tracking marketing performance metrics (leads, conversions, engagement) and assist in compiling regular reporting.
Partner with sales teams to provide marketing collateral and localized campaigns that drive leads.
Work with creative, print, and digital vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Ensure consistent messaging and visuals across all marketing channels and tactics.
Perform support duties such as list management and maintaining marketing materials.
Requirements
Understanding of digital marketing, traditional marketing, and campaign execution.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, WordPress, and Elementor is a plus.
Intermediate level or higher Excel skills required.
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customer service teams.
Experience in subscription-based or telecommunications industries is a plus.
