About the role
- Marketing Analyst creating high-quality materials to engage clients and support sales at SoftExpert, a leader in integrated software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce product marketing materials, including:
- Product videos and tutorials.
- Catalogs and website product descriptions.
- Demo screens and interactive materials for sales demonstrations.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Design, Development, and Sales teams to ensure content is accurate and aligned with market needs and pain points.
- Translate technical features into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Ensure all content aligns with SoftExpert's brand guidelines and positioning.
- Stay up to date on market trends and customer needs to create relevant and impactful content.
- Support the creation of sales enablement tools to help the sales team present our solutions effectively.
- Bring creativity and new ideas to develop innovative and engaging materials.
- Collaborate on the creation of case studies, eBooks, landing pages, and other technical materials to strengthen SoftExpert's authority in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Technical experience in industries such as manufacturing, food & beverage, healthcare, and life sciences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Basic Spanish.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical knowledge of the SoftExpert Suite.
- Experience with enterprise management software (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- Experience in marketing, product, or sales roles.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles to create engaging demo screens and interactive content.
