About the role
- Marketing Analyst responsible for supporting planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. Engaging with influencers and partners at Tecsa Group.
Responsibilities
- Support in planning and executing campaigns with digital influencers.
- Contact and relationship management with influencers, agencies, and partners.
- Organize and monitor activities at events (in-person and online).
- Support event production: registration/credentialing, logistics, schedules, and materials.
- Monitor influencer deliverables (posts, stories, reels, etc.).
- Track campaign and event results (engagement, reach, basic metrics).
- Assist in creating briefings and performance reports.
- Interface with internal teams such as marketing, communications, and design.
- Update spreadsheets and manage contracts, payments, and deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience with influencer marketing and social media.
- Basic knowledge of social media metrics (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Understanding of event organization and production support.
- Ability to prepare simple performance reports.
- Basic knowledge of management tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Jira, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of digital content creation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
