About the role

  • Marketing Manager for Fabric & Home Care shaping fragrance-driven consumer experiences in MENA region. Combining market intelligence, storytelling, and client partnership to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Market & Consumer Leadership: Build in-depth understanding of market, consumer, and category dynamics across Fabric & Home Care.
  • Track macro trends, competitive activities, emerging brands, and innovations shaping the category.
  • Lead consumer and market analyses to identify gaps, white spaces, and business opportunities.
  • Translate market and consumer insights into engaging concepts, visuals, and fragrance directions.
  • Create and deliver tailored, high-impact presentations for key clients across the region.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects from briefing to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in B2B/B2C marketing, ideally within fragrances, consumer goods, ingredients, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of MENA markets and consumers, with an ability to translate insights into meaningful ideas.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering high-impact presentations and storytelling materials.
  • Comfort working with fragrance language, olfactory families, and sensorial communication (training can be provided).
  • Skilled in project and stakeholder management, working seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic or French is an advantage.
  • Passionate, curious, creative, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
  • Willing to travel within MENA for client meetings, workshops, and market visits.
