Responsibilities
Market & Consumer Leadership: Build in-depth understanding of market, consumer, and category dynamics across Fabric & Home Care.
Track macro trends, competitive activities, emerging brands, and innovations shaping the category.
Lead consumer and market analyses to identify gaps, white spaces, and business opportunities.
Translate market and consumer insights into engaging concepts, visuals, and fragrance directions.
Create and deliver tailored, high-impact presentations for key clients across the region.
Manage multiple marketing projects from briefing to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5–7+ years of progressive experience in B2B/B2C marketing, ideally within fragrances, consumer goods, ingredients, or related industries.
Strong understanding of MENA markets and consumers, with an ability to translate insights into meaningful ideas.
Proven experience developing and delivering high-impact presentations and storytelling materials.
Comfort working with fragrance language, olfactory families, and sensorial communication (training can be provided).
Skilled in project and stakeholder management, working seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic or French is an advantage.
Passionate, curious, creative, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Willing to travel within MENA for client meetings, workshops, and market visits.
