Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable growth by integrating strategic pricing and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure pricing decisions are data-driven and responsive to market conditions.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to ensure pricing is competitive and profitable.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on pricing performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
  • Experience with pricing models, elasticity analysis, and margin optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media).
  • Ability to interpret market research and customer insights.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and pricing strategies.
  • You must have the legal right to work in Australia without the need for company sponsorship.
