Responsibilities

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team
Work closely with channel partners to develop co-marketing initiatives

Foster a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities across EMEA
Develop market-specific strategies and messaging
Travel across EMEA markets to build relationships and understand local dynamics
Represent Horizontal Digital at industry events and conferences
Drive marketing innovation through emerging technologies and AI-powered solutions
Explore and implement AI tools for campaign optimization, personalization, and analytics
Requirements
7-10 years of B2B marketing experience with proven lead generation success
Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel from awareness to conversion
Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Strong background in digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, social, email, content)
Exceptional analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights
Experience building marketing strategies that drive measurable business results
Strong project management and organizational capabilities
Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term execution needs
Experience managing and developing marketing team members
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Collaborative approach to working with sales and channel partners
