Responsibilities
Spearhead cross-functional marketing initiatives within R2
Collaborate with product leaders, partners, software developers on marketing campaigns
Create engaging visual content for digital and print media
Design and produce infographics, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements
Write creative copy across R2’s existing products and new products
Perform user discovery by surveying and interacting with users
Document all the different strategies tested by our customers
Drive growth by communicating product and value proposition clearly
Leverage cutting-edge technologies including machine learning and large language models
Dive into marketing metrics and analytics to shape design and copy strategy
Collaborate closely with the Growth team to design and refine sales demos
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product marketing, design and/or creative
Knowledge of growth marketing channels & tactics
Passionate about fintech in Latin America
Proven ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive marketing strategies and improve customer engagement/adoption
Experience with CRM and MarTech tools (working with Zoho or Customer.io would be a strong plus)
Stellar written and oral communication skills in Spanish
Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken
Motivated self-starter, with a bias for action, who thrives in a hyper-growth environment
Previous experience in fintech, especially within the Latin American market, is highly advantageous
Familiarity with SQL for data querying and analysis is a plus.
