Design production: Create high-quality graphics, sales collateral, marketing materials, social content, email templates, icons, and more that support our campaigns and tell our brand story.
Web updates: Make basic updates and edits in Webflow to keep our site fresh and consistent with brand standards.
Brand consistency: Ensure every piece of collateral meets brand guidelines and reflects a high standard of quality.
Templates & assets: Build and maintain design templates and reusable components to help the marketing, sales, and client success teams move quickly.
Creativity: Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content, and marketing initiatives.
Project juggling: Balance several fast-moving projects at once, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a high-volume workflow.
Collaboration: Work with marketing teammates on cross-functional projects, incorporating feedback and iterating quickly.
Requirements
1–3 years of design experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Figma, and Canva.
A strong eye for detail—you notice when something is off by a pixel and care deeply about brand consistency.
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities without losing quality.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva.
Basic understanding of design principles like typography, layout, and color theory.
Interest or experience in Webflow; eager to learn more.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Collaborative, low-ego mindset—open to feedback and thrive in a team environment.
Willing to jump in on design, light copy edits, and small marketing tasks as needed.
Nice to have: Experience in SaaS, B2B, or fintech design; Basic animation or motion graphic experience; Video editing experience (Canva, Riverside, etc.)
