Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, CRM, Product, Engineering, Finance) to unlock insights that shape marketing strategy, growth campaigns, and customer segmentation.
Support testing strategies and measurement across digital marketing campaigns.
Build dashboards, reports, and automation pipelines to deliver insights at scale.
Develop marketing attribution models and LTV analyses in collaboration with finance and growth teams.
Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to design and implement data-driven workflows.
Requirements
3+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a martech-focused analyst role.
Strong SQL skills and proficiency with tools like Excel, Looker, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
Experience integrating and maintaining marketing tooling such as GTM, MMPs and Firebase.
Understanding of marketing attribution frameworks (multi-touch, first/last-click, etc.).
Familiarity with scripting or statistical tools like Python or R is a plus.
Strong storytelling ability and a passion for interpreting data in a marketing context.
