About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the data management pipeline from data source to AI models
- Serve as a key link between the product development team and AI/ML tools
- Support, enhance, and scale machine learning capabilities for product development activities
- Use structured datasets to improve reporting tools for products, properties, and raw materials
- Identify opportunities for material improvement and formulation optimization
- Develop new PP formulations for target applications
- Act as technical point of contact for customers and OEMs regarding products and business
- Comply with HSE and safety policies
Requirements
- University degree in scientific fields, including Polymers, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry; Master’s or PhD preferred
- Three years of experience in materials science, polymer science, or related fields
- Preferred understanding of polymer structure–property relationships, polymer characterization methods, compounding processes, and data interpretation
- Basic knowledge and ambition in data analytics and data science
- Experience with AI technologies and data management for polymer formulations and compounding preferred
- Strong knowledge of data architecture
- Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office required
- Basic knowledge of Python and PowerApps
- Ability to apply mathematics and statistics in daily work
- Experience in cross-functional projects and resource management
- Professionalism, creativity, and passion to drive things forward
