About the role

  • Create and edit marketing materials, digital assets, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Manage email campaigns, marketing automation workflows, and reporting in HubSpot to support lead generation and customer engagement
  • Publish and update website content with a focus on SEO and user experience
  • Plan and execute both physical and virtual events, including logistics, vendor management, invitations, and post-event follow-up
  • Produce and distribute marketing content across various channels such as web, social media, email, and print
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and event outcomes, providing insights and suggestions for improvements

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Design, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with working in a CMS for web content management
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in event planning is a bonus
