About the role

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate the entire lookbook photoshoot process, from scheduling to execution;
  • Coordinate the creation and production of wholesale sales materials (buying guides and sales books);
  • Manage the studio schedule and daily bookings, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimized;
  • Hire and oversee audiovisual vendors (photographers, videomakers, producers, stylists, etc.);
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Style, Merchandising, multi-brand accounts, and Franchises;
  • Produce creative studio days in partnership with the Branding team, contributing ideas and aesthetic direction;
  • Control and monitor the department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources;
  • Manage the team and oversee their professional development.

Requirements

  • Preferred experience in fashion, marketing, fashion production, and studio operations;
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in a field related to the role.
