About the role

  • Create, edit and update marketing collaterals and other communications materials
  • Draft and send out communications to agents and policyholders
  • Develop and schedule content posts for social media channels
  • Update website contents and handle Google reviews and Facebook/Instagram enquiries
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events and manage event logistics
  • Provide on-site event support as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Prepare and handle documents, reports and invoices under Marketing Source
  • Manage corporate novelties when needed

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in marketing, communications or a related field (open for fresh graduates)
  • Strong editing and writing abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency or familiarity with Canva
  • Proficiency or familiarity with Mailchimp
  • Proficiency or familiarity with Microsoft Word
  • Proficiency or familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
  • Proficiency or familiarity with Photoshop
  • Proficiency or familiarity with Illustrator
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
