About the role

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from concept through deployment and analysis.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors during campaign planning and execution.
  • Ensure all campaigns are executed on time, follow corporate brand guidelines, and meet stated objectives.
  • Leverage data analytics and member segmentation to design targeted campaigns that align with the credit union’s strategic priorities.
  • Track ROI of marketing initiatives and use campaign performance data to adjust tactics and maximize success.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and digital teams to develop campaign assets and ensure brand consistency.
  • Maintain a centralized campaign calendar to align internal communications and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Create connections between marketing campaign performance and overall credit union financial and performance data.
  • Partner with technology teams to determine campaign data effectiveness and optimization.
  • Support the Marketing Director in preparing campaign performance reports and insights for leadership.
  • Collaborate with content creators to deliver high-quality, relevant content for campaigns and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards to enhance the overall member experience.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing vendors; track deliverables, timelines, and contract requirements.
  • Support marketing budget tracking and invoice processing for campaign-related expenses and vendors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or integrated marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, including email marketing (1 year+), social media, digital advertising, and content marketing.
  • Experience with data analysis and the ability to synthesize information that will drive strategic decision making.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and marketing tools such as SmartSheets.
