Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from concept through deployment and analysis.

Monitor key performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Create connections between marketing campaign performance and overall credit union financial and performance data.
Partner with technology teams to determine campaign data effectiveness and optimization.
Support the Marketing Director in preparing campaign performance reports and insights for leadership.
Collaborate with content creators to deliver high-quality, relevant content for campaigns and projects.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards to enhance the overall member experience.
Manage relationships with external marketing vendors; track deliverables, timelines, and contract requirements.
Support marketing budget tracking and invoice processing for campaign-related expenses and vendors.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or integrated marketing.
Strong understanding of marketing channels, including email marketing (1 year+), social media, digital advertising, and content marketing.
Experience with data analysis and the ability to synthesize information that will drive strategic decision making.
Proven ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in project management software and marketing tools such as SmartSheets.
