We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working, and talented Marketing Associate to join our growing team at Upway.
As Marketing Associate for Italy, you will be instrumental in supporting our launch and growth in this new market. Based in Paris and working closely with the Marketing Lead for France & Southern Europe, you’ll adapt and execute marketing activities tailored to the Italian market. You are creative, solution-oriented, and detail-focused, with a strong understanding of Italian consumer behavior. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for carrying out campaigns and projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Build local partnerships to drive traffic and increase brand awareness in Italy.
Develop and execute CRM campaigns tailored to Italian customers, from planning to execution and reporting.
Help adapt and optimize the website for the Italian market, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and strong SEO performance (especially building the blog)
Create and manage social media content (Instagram) for Upway’s Italian account, ensuring tone and messaging resonate with local audiences.
Collaborate closely with the other marketing teams to share learnings and align on best practices.
Requirements
Strong academic background in marketing, communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of professional experience in a marketing or related role.
Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-growing, startup environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on the customer.
Passionate about social media trends and able to translate them into engaging concepts.
Creative and hands-on, with familiarity with Figma and Capcut.
Native in Italian, fluent in English.
Knowledge of, or interest in, bikes or e-bikes is a big plus.
