Marketing Communications Specialist coordinating marketing communication projects for Avient Corporation. Supporting the execution of regional activities and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day marketing communications activities across the region
Support tradeshow planning and execution, including logistics, booth coordination, and pre and post-event follow-up
Collaborate with external vendors to support the execution of marketing projects
Work closely with the business segment to support branding and marketing communication related requests
Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, presentations, and sales tools
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables ensuring key deadlines are met
Track and report on campaign execution metrics as needed
Maintain internal MarComm assets, documentation and project records
Manage administrative and operational tasks, including billing, invoicing PO tracking and budget support
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or marketing communications – preferably in B2B setting
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functions and cultures
Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and priority management
Comfortable working in virtual teams across regions and time zones
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Detail-oriented with a hands-on, proactive mindset
Proficient in basic marketing tools a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally
