About the role

  • UC Support Specialist responsible for seamless communication within Cirrus Logic. Supporting meeting room systems, collaboration platforms, and providing on-site and remote assistance for events.

Responsibilities

  • Support the tools and technologies for UC needs
  • Provide assistance for live meetings and high-visibility events
  • Resolve issues quickly, ensuring reliable support
  • Keep documentation accurate and equipment event-ready
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and AV malfunctions
  • Create and update knowledge base articles and guides
  • Support onboarding and offboarding UC accounts
  • Log and track service requests using ticketing platforms
  • Manage UC projects such as upgrades and software patching

Requirements

  • UC Platforms: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex
  • Room hardware: Logitech, Poly, Neat, QSC, Extron
  • Ticketing systems: ServiceNow, Jira, SolarWinds or equivalent
  • Office tools: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal, troubleshooting, and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives and general staff
