About the role

  • Director of Corporate Marketing & Communication at Reputation leading brand strategies and content development. Overseeing PR, social media, and analyst relations for effective brand communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated brand and thought leadership strategy aligned to company growth objectives and positioning.
  • Create a cohesive narrative that clearly communicates the value of the Reputation Platform to our ICP and key stakeholders.
  • Drive executive visibility through bylines, speaking engagements, research reports, and strategic media placements.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify emerging industry trends and translate them into compelling content and positioning opportunities.
  • Own the comprehensive content strategy across web, blog, research, campaigns, and multimedia formats.
  • Oversee development of high-quality content including: white papers, research reports, case studies, campaign kits, infographics, videos, blog posts, and byline articles.
  • Ensure alignment between content, product launches, awareness campaigns, sales enablement, and research initiatives.
  • Lead the organic social media strategy across platforms, optimizing for brand growth, engagement, and audience expansion.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for global PR agencies, ensuring effective media pitching, press releases, rapid-response commentary, and thought leadership placements.
  • Partner with HR and executive leadership to align internal messaging with company strategy, values, and culture.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs across content, PR, analyst relations, and social channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, brand strategy and content leadership
  • 7+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and agency relationships.
  • Strong background in content marketing, PR, analyst relations, and organic social strategy, ideally within SaaS or MarTech.
  • Deep understanding of digital trends, SEO, and thought leadership development.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
