Responsibilities
- Support the transformation of Alcoa Commercial’s function by leading change management activities
- Program managing key commercial initiatives
- Coordinating executive-level communications
- Developing impactful presentations for senior leadership (e.g., Growth Vision Conference, Growth Execution Conference, Board of Directors, CCO Dashboard)
- Driving change management initiatives for key commercial programs (e.g., ComEx - Commercial Excellence, Salesforce, Digital Roadmap)
- Managing internal Commercial communications channels (e.g., Pass it On, Portal, Town Halls)
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business, Commerce, Engineering, Science, or related discipline
- Master of Business Administration or related discipline is an advantage
- Solid experience in commercial change management, communications, or related roles
- Familiarity with structured change management methodologies
- Solid experience in project or program management
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint development (comfortable presenting to senior and executive leadership)
- Fully proficient in the English language, verbal and written
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably within commodity-based or industrial markets is an advantage
- Preferred: Knowledge of the aluminum value chain, market dynamics, and pricing mechanisms
