Responsibilities
Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media.
Manage and analyze data from Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools to measure performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in PowerBI to track KPIs and campaign ROI.
Lead website analytics implementation, tagging strategies, and data governance across Finning’s digital ecosystem.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of marketing analytics and execution experience
4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
Proficiency in PowerBI and familiarity with SQL/DAX for data analysis
Experience with tagging technologies (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager) and campaign platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors
