About the role

  • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media.
  • Manage and analyze data from Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools to measure performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in PowerBI to track KPIs and campaign ROI.
  • Lead website analytics implementation, tagging strategies, and data governance across Finning’s digital ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of marketing analytics and execution experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and familiarity with SQL/DAX for data analysis
  • Experience with tagging technologies (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager) and campaign platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors
