Responsibilities
Lead the company into its next phase: rebuild and scale sales and the brand
Develop scalable processes and lead an engaged team with energy and by example
Overall responsibility for revenue, brand, and operational excellence
Actively expand the B2B business and secure long-term partnerships
Build a digital, predictable sales funnel (CRM, LinkedIn, automations)
Manage a lean, results-oriented marketing strategy
Motivate, develop, and coach the team
Hands-on operational presence: you roll up your sleeves and act as the face of the brand
Requirements
Proven track record in sales (B2B; experience in design/interior/project-based business is a plus)
Desired but not required: basic commercial/financial knowledge — you understand the difference between a balance sheet and a P&L (profit and loss statement) and know what a BWA (business performance analysis/management report) is
