About the role

Requirements
- 5+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and development operations technical experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in technical instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience implementing and managing blended learning approaches.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Experience working in a global corporate environment or across diverse industries.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and creating professional quality slides are highly desirable
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) including Docebo, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Credly, or other eLearning software/tools.
