Enhancing skills, knowledge, and performance of our solutions globally
Enabling Service Delivery Partners to deliver professional services at the same skill level as Perforce resources
Defining the strategy and creating, facilitating, and coordinating training delivery
Requirements
5+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and development operations technical experience will be considered.
Proven experience in technical instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Experience implementing and managing blended learning approaches.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Experience working in a global corporate environment or across diverse industries.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and creating professional quality slides are highly desirable
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) including Docebo, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Credly, or other eLearning software/tools.
