Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of integrated customer value marketing and campaigns for assigned business and product units.
Drive awareness, engagement, and demand across Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industries.
Manage internal and external resources to deliver high-impact marketing assets and experiences that support business objectives and elevate our brand presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer expectations.
Track and analyze lead generation performance across campaigns, identifying conversion bottlenecks and optimizing tactics.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in solution and product marketing
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
MBA is a plus.
Experience in vertical marketing or industry-specific campaign development.
Familiarity with HVAC, energy, automation, or smart building technologies.
Marketing experience in industrial, technology, building solutions, healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
