Responsibilities

  • partner with Commercial and Customer Success teams to run renewal and commercial campaigns
  • develop clear, proactive customer communication strategies
  • build self‑service customer experiences by activating campaigns from intelligence platforms
  • use customer data to identify risks, opportunities, and campaign triggers
  • provide data‑driven insights that guide targeting, segmentation, and customer marketing strategy
  • contribute to strategic retention marketing by improving lifecycle frameworks

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience
  • strong background in customer marketing
  • lifecycle programs
  • commercial campaigns
  • data‑driven retention initiatives
  • skilled in marketing automation and CRM platforms (especially Marketo)
  • ability to design scalable workflows and translate customer data into effective campaigns and insights
  • experienced in managing renewal, upsell, and retention campaigns
  • solid Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
  • familiar with customer intelligence tools
  • SaaS/subscription environments
  • building self‑service or customer health‑driven programs
