Responsibilities

  • Shape the future of the businesses’ portfolio of products and solutions.
  • Help define our commercial growth strategy.
  • Own the full product lifecycle—from market insight and concept creation to launch execution, sales enablement, pricing, and post-launch performance.
  • Develop strategies that elevate Matthews’ market leadership and brand presence.
  • Shape compelling value propositions, narratives, and product messaging.
  • Guide decisions using robust financial and market intelligence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in product management, marketing, and innovation.
  • Proven experience driving growth in a B2B business; also prefer demonstrated B2C end user insights to ensure alignment with market trends and end user needs.
  • Experience leading software solution development highly valuable.
  • A proven track record of leading full product lifecycles and successful commercialization.
  • Strong financial acumen and fact based decision making.
  • Exceptional communication and executive-level influence skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex environments.
