About the role

  • Precision Marketing PLO leading innovative marketing transformation at Sanofi. Building AI-driven marketing ecosystems and cross-functional collaboration for customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evangelize the “NorthStar” vision for marketing transformation
  • Lead the strategy of next generation precision marketing by influencing and leveraging e2e digital capabilities
  • Partner with GTMC, Brand Marketing, and Digital teams to build and align on interconnected Precision Marketing roadmaps
  • Drive the selection of precision marketing solutions, ensuring deliveries are completed on time and within budget
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends, technology innovations, and customer engagement models

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, masters preferred, ideally in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, or marketing transformation in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations
  • Proven track record leading marketing strategy, personalization efforts, or precision media initiatives in a global organization
  • Solid understanding of modern digital marketing in real life and related technologies (e.g., genAI content generation, MMX/MTA, journey orchestration, CDPs, marketing automation, etc.)
