Responsibilities
Define and evangelize the “NorthStar” vision for marketing transformation
Lead the strategy of next generation precision marketing by influencing and leveraging e2e digital capabilities
Partner with GTMC, Brand Marketing, and Digital teams to build and align on interconnected Precision Marketing roadmaps
Drive the selection of precision marketing solutions, ensuring deliveries are completed on time and within budget
Stay ahead of marketing trends, technology innovations, and customer engagement models
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, masters preferred, ideally in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, or marketing transformation in a complex, matrixed environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations
Proven track record leading marketing strategy, personalization efforts, or precision media initiatives in a global organization
Solid understanding of modern digital marketing in real life and related technologies (e.g., genAI content generation, MMX/MTA, journey orchestration, CDPs, marketing automation, etc.)
