About the role
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual GWAM related reporting to GWAM stakeholders
- Automating monthly, quarterly, and annual GWAM related reporting with support from the Global Risk Intelligence and Technology (GRIT) function
- Leading the automation of processes for collecting and analyzing data across the enterprise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Supporting the delivery of machine learning, large language model and other related analytics projects within GWAM
- Providing support to Risk and Technology Tooling team on data ingestion, clean-up, mapping, validation, and maintenance of reports and dashboards
- Identifying opportunities for creating efficiencies within reporting framework and processes
- Evaluating data integrity for reporting readiness
- Documenting processes, procedures, project work and ad hoc requests as required
Requirements
- At least five (5) to eight (8) years in risk management, focusing on data analytics
- Knowledgeable in financial services, preferably on buy-side investment management and the evaluation of investment risks
- Proficient in Power BI and Power Platform (particularly PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Skilled in dashboard design with a focus on UI/UX
- Strong reporting skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Highly organized with strong time management and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Excellent collaborative and relationship building skills; tact and diplomacy
- Ability to learn quickly and comfortable with adjusting to ad-hoc changes in workflow
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in statistical software (e.g., Python, R) and risk management tools
- Experience in automating data processes and implementing digital solutions
- Knowledgeable in database schemas, data modeling, and ETL processes
