Responsibilities
Develop and execute a people vendor management strategy aligned to People Group and business goals.
Act as the primary relationship manager for key People vendor partners, fostering collaboration and driving accountability for performance.
Establish governance processes, including vendor segmentation, performance metrics, and structured business reviews.
Partner with HR leaders and Procurement to manage the full vendor lifecycle, from selection and onboarding through ongoing performance and contract renewals.
Monitor and report on vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and strategic priorities, providing insights and recommendations to HR leadership.
Identify opportunities for innovation, cost optimization, and service improvement in partnership with vendors.
Proactively address vendor risks and issues to ensure business continuity and compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in vendor management, HR operations, procurement, or business strategy roles.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across HR, procurement, and business leadership.
Excellent strategic thinking, relationship management, and analytical skills.
