About the role

  • Oversee and enhance the employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Manage the daily operations of the People Experience team, ensuring efficient processes.
  • Supervise a People Experience Specialist, collaborating cross-functionally with teams.
  • Oversee employee data in HR systems, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Partner with Payroll teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits management.
  • Maintain and update company policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead HR projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR generalist, or related HR functions, with 1–2 years managing a direct report.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems (HRIS/ATS), payroll processes, and employment compliance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems such as HiBob, TriNet, and Greenhouse.
  • A proactive, people-first mindset, passionate about building joyful and efficient employee experiences.
