About the role
- Lead and develop a team of approximately ten professionals
- Oversee the production and analysis of financial results, budgets, regulatory reports, and financial projections for the U.S. Dealers business line
- Support the integration of acquisitions and the financial preparation of results
- Conduct experience studies, review actuarial assumptions annually, and contribute to research and development projects
- Collaborate with corporate risk management and consolidation teams to achieve strategic objectives
- Ensure successful execution of new product development and management of the existing product portfolio
- Contribute to capital deployment strategies for the U.S. Dealers sector
- Lead and participate in strategic projects aimed at optimizing the financial performance of the business line
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in finance, actuarial science, or accounting
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Possesses a recognized professional designation (FSA, FCAS, CPA, or CFA)
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
