About the role

  • Lead and develop a team of approximately ten professionals
  • Oversee the production and analysis of financial results, budgets, regulatory reports, and financial projections for the U.S. Dealers business line
  • Support the integration of acquisitions and the financial preparation of results
  • Conduct experience studies, review actuarial assumptions annually, and contribute to research and development projects
  • Collaborate with corporate risk management and consolidation teams to achieve strategic objectives
  • Ensure successful execution of new product development and management of the existing product portfolio
  • Contribute to capital deployment strategies for the U.S. Dealers sector
  • Lead and participate in strategic projects aimed at optimizing the financial performance of the business line

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in finance, actuarial science, or accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Possesses a recognized professional designation (FSA, FCAS, CPA, or CFA)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language
