About the role

  • Senior Actuary leading actuarial initiatives across dental and vision insurance products. Collaborating with executive stakeholders and developing advanced data models for strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead actuarial initiatives across dental and vision insurance products
  • Partner with senior leadership to align actuarial strategy with corporate objectives
  • Present complex actuarial and data modeling insights to senior leadership
  • Oversee reserving methodologies and ensure adequacy of claim liabilities
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated actuarial and predictive models

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) strongly preferred; ASA with extensive experience considered
  • 7+ years of actuarial experience, with a strong focus on dental and/or vision insurance
  • Proven experience collaborating with executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in data modeling and analytics tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL, Excel)
