Lifecycle Marketing Manager owning and scaling student nurturing product for Studyportals. Focusing on engagement and conversion strategies through multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the nurturing funnel across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push
Build, execute, and optimise automated journeys and newsletters
Run continuous A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion
Translate data into insights and share learnings with stakeholders
Partner with UX, Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align goals and feed insights back to Sales & Account Management
Requirements
5+ years of experience in lifecycle / CRM / email automation with measurable results
Proficiency with messaging & automation platforms (Customer.io, Braze, SendGrid or similar)
Strong grasp of A/B testing, CRO methodologies, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau)
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to work smarter and scale your output
