About the role

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to define learning strategies that promote QBE’s values and align with individual, team, and business goals across the Modernisation program.
  • Convert stakeholder requirements into innovative learning plans and manage the end-to-end delivery of development programs, ensuring sustained value and effectiveness.
  • Promote a learning culture through effective communication and stakeholder engagement and design intentional learning pathways that support career transitions and capability uplift.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts and instructional designers to scope, design, and develop practical, modern learning solutions tailored to AUSPAC’s strategic priorities.
  • Define learning success metrics, report outcomes to stakeholders, and continuously refine processes, systems, and partnerships based on data and feedback.
  • Track and report on learning metrics, success measures, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in learning roles within global, complex organisations, supporting both learning delivery and broader People processes.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors strategically and design solutions within budget.
  • Experience in developing integrated global and local learning strategies across complex stakeholder groups.
  • Practical application of contemporary learning theory, capability frameworks, and models in workplace settings.
  • Skilled in delivering capability solutions using multiple technologies and facilitating learning across diverse business contexts.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects, evaluating outcomes, and understanding their impact on organisational performance.
