About the role

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate tailored learning programs for GWAM teams
  • Facilitate onboarding and upskilling programs, applying adult learning principles
  • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with business leaders
  • Evaluate learning programs using data and recommend improvements
  • Work with global L&D teams for consistency and shared knowledge
  • Stay updated on learning and development trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Education, HR, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in L&D or OD roles, ideally within financial services or asset management
  • Fully bilingual (French/English)
  • Proficiency in Spanish communication is considered an asset
  • Shown experience designing and delivering new hire onboarding and upskilling programs
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and digital learning platforms
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills
  • Experience with leadership development, cultural awareness, and DEI learning is a strong asset
