Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and evaluate tailored learning programs for GWAM teams
Facilitate onboarding and upskilling programs, applying adult learning principles
Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with business leaders
Evaluate learning programs using data and recommend improvements
Work with global L&D teams for consistency and shared knowledge
Stay updated on learning and development trends and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Education, HR, or related field
5+ years of experience in L&D or OD roles, ideally within financial services or asset management
Fully bilingual (French/English)
Proficiency in Spanish communication is considered an asset
Shown experience designing and delivering new hire onboarding and upskilling programs
Strong facilitation and coaching skills
Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and digital learning platforms
Excellent collaboration and project management skills
Experience with leadership development, cultural awareness, and DEI learning is a strong asset
