About the role

  • Learning Systems Manager integrating Engineering requirements into Learning Systems. Overseeing program execution, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate Engineering Business Requirements into Learning Systems, Tools, and Trainings
  • Manage updates to large-scale, information systems
  • Oversee program execution, including scope, schedule, budget, and risks
  • Develop and communicate L&D portfolio strategy aligning with business objectives
  • Collaborate with experts to identify training needs and create learning objectives
  • Research and identify new technologies and methodologies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience communicating with and presenting to senior and executive leadership
  • 5+ years of experience working in and/or with Engineering/IT teams
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or other technical expertise
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Ability to effectively partner with Business Stakeholders and Executive Management
  • Experience with curriculum development and content and instructional materials
