- Lead Solution Architect managing product engineering and PLM architecture at Acuity Inc. Involves integration, modernization, and ensuring scalability in product data management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key point of contact & solution architect for the product engineering domain
- Design and evolve scalable architecture for managing multi-level products
- Enable end-to-end integration between CAD/EDA tools and PLM platforms
- Lead the selection, integration, and governance strategy for PLM platforms
- Build seamless product data flows between engineering, commerce, ERP
- Establish and standardize processes for managing high-quality Product Master Data
- Drive integration architecture using MuleSoft, RESTful APIs
- Incorporate monitoring and analytics tools for operational transparency
- Explore and apply Generative AI to accelerate attribute creation
- Partner with security, data governance, and business stakeholders
- Define standards for architecture documentation
- Implement DevOps automation and build high-performance RESTful APIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture
- Deep expertise in PTC Windchill PLM
- Hands-on experience with CAD/EDA integrations
- Proven track record leading Altium upgrades and integrations
- Strong background in Product Information Management (PIM)
- Demonstrated success in data governance, product master data management
- Expertise in integration architectures using MuleSoft, RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of .NET technologies
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Skilled in Azure cloud-native architecture
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps
